Shipping is handled by Canada Post within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed on the website.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the goods! Free shipping is available for orders over $149.

We purchase cosmetics directly from South Korea and bring them to Canada ourselves.

We guarantee the authenticity of each product.

Please note: the production date is indicated on the products in the format year/month/day (for example, 2019.01.27). The shelf life of unopened cosmetics is 3 years. The shelf life after opening is 6-18 months.
Samples and gifts are included with every order.

Returns
To return an item to us, follow the directions listed on the return exchange form included with your order. If you don’t have this form available, you can download one by clicking here.

For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions. Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.
