How to place an order?

How to pay for your order?

When placing an order, we accept the followings methods of payments: online payment through our website or e-transfer payment method.

Can I make e-transfer through Monobank?

Yes, you can.

Do we have a store in Canada?

No, we only offering online shopping at the moment.

How do I know if a brand I’m ready to purchase is original?

All our products are original. We provide guarantee and originality.

Do you provide samples?

Please check our website under “Travel versions and miniatures”, where the small sizes of different brands samples are collected. However, we always add some samples as a gifts to your orders.

Can I cancel an order before delivery?

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. You need to contact our manager during working hours on Monday- Friday from 9.00-16.00 by phone +16042263547 or by email koreancosmeticsca@gmail.com.

How long should I wait for my order?

Canada Post shipping takes an estimated 2-7 business days, depending on the location and the Province.
